When we first saw these pictures from our customer John in Missouri we immediately began to drool.
Instantly thinking they were pork “chops” we were informed by John that this cut of meat is not a “pork chop”.
A pork steak is a cut from the pork shoulder, not the loin. This is a very popular cut of meat in the midwest. John said the cut of meat tasted great. He said “Pork steaks are very popular here in Missouri!”.
Makes us wish we were out west for a visit to sample some real deal pork steaks.
John said he let the meat marinate in Jerky Gold Marinade/Seasonings for about an hour. You can dust it with a dry rub after it marinates if you wish.
Jerky Gold Marinade/Jerky seasonings makes a great steak sauce all year round! Try it out if you haven’t done so already!
Take a look at these tasty pictures and make sure you try out some jerky gold marinade/jerky seasonings on some beef, pork, turkey or any tasty wild game!
