Venison jerky, marinated back straps. Delicious.
You spent many hours in the woods and lots of money on hunting gear.
You may have got that big 10 point buck you’ve chased the last 2 years through the woods of your favorite hunting spot. Maybe you didn’t get the big buck.
But when it comes to putting meat in the freezer, nothing sub par will do.
Our flagship flavor “The Original” brings a hickory smoked savory taste straight from the bottle.
No extra steps with our marinade.
Take some venison out of the freezer. Let it thaw until it’s only partially frozen. Don’t slice too thin since venison is very lean, you don’t want be too dry.
Shake up some jerky gold. Pour onto your fresh venison. Let it marinate for 12 hours, then throw it in the dehydrator or place in the oven (160 for 6-12 hours. If you’re oven only goes to 170 that’s fine, just keep an eye on your jerky throughout it’s cooking time it will be a faster dry time).
Treat yourself to some venison jerky gold. Enjoy.
